What differentiates M&S GPO from other group purchasing organizations?


M&S differentiates itself from other gpo's by limiting the number of vendors and manufacturers it contracts with. By doing this, M&S has been successful in negotiating competitive contracts based on compliance and a stronger commitment. M&S is one of a few gpo's that can negotiate with committed business, which in turn creates a better program for their membership.

 

How are manufacturer deals handled?


M&S commits to their membership that all manufacturer programs will be net off invoice. That's right, no claiming! In addition to this, all brand and growth incentives will also be reflected off invoice. Many gpo's shelter this income, keeping it as a processing fee or sharing it with a third party rebate administrator.

 

Is there a cost to join and do I have to comply at a certain level?


M&S's membership is free, and there is no compliance level. The program is flexible and you can use whatever vendors you like. Give it a try, use one vendor to test us.

 

What other value added services does M&S offer?
